INTRODUCTION
This is a privacy notice for Maria Bragoli Fine Art Photography, also creating work as Maria Bragoli Fine Art, and Maria Bragoli Fine Art and Fine Art Photography and for whom data security is of paramount importance. This notice applies from 22nd May 2018.

This is to comply with GDPR, to make you aware of factors such as transparency, how and why data is handled, consent and data security.

There is no charge for this. Proof of identity will be required, to comply with data protection. Please allow up to 30 days for information to be sent. This is to comply with GDPR and because I may be away at times, where I cannot check real life post or may be in locations with no internet access.
Mailing list newsletters and Unsubscribing from the mailing list
A periodic mailing list for newsletters is sent out to people who have consented to give their emails for this purpose. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by emailing: info@mariabragoli.com Newsletters also have this unsubscribe information at the base of the newsletter.
Newsletters are emailed directly. Automated email services, such as Mailchimp, are not used to send out newsletters.

SECTION 2 – INTERNET USE
