Whether living on the coast or taking a break from a land-locked location, the pull of the sea is constant. Moody or vibrantly coloured images evoke the timeless emotional power of the sea and the overriding power of the elements. The threat of an imminent storm, dreams of a new life on the horizon, silence-inducing sunsets.
From solid oaks to delicate ash trees, the timeless constancy of landscapes, yet still susceptible to change and attack, nowadays primarily from human demands and activity. The need to preserve our natural heritage for all generations to experience the uplifting and restorative power of our natural environment.
Also available is a selection from my new series, 'Sounds of the Sea'. 'Sounds of the Sea' shows views of quintessentially British seaside-scapes, set in the timeless contexts of Oriental art and design influences over the centuries. Evoking memories of past childhood holidays and distant seaside locations, the viewer can travel through imagination to these places once again.
Some fine art images are large-size limited editions. Medium and smaller sized prints are generally open editions.
Throughout the year, the gallery has a superb range of the highest calibre fine art work, from original oils to giclee prints, as well as a selection of contemporary crafts.

forms, the transparent movement of millions of water droplets, the
delicately layered feathers of a swan's wing, white on white, the
elliptical curve of a white lily, evoking the delicacy and fragility of
nature, and yet its infinite beauty since time began.

For a number of years, the White Street Gallery in Kibworth was an enthusiastic promoter and seller of my work, as well as that of a very carefully chosen range of artists. Regrettably, the owner has moved on to other things, but we remain with great memories of a vibrant and friendly, high-end London-level gallery set in a beautiful English village, with clients who now have bespoke pieces of fine art work hanging on their walls.
The original write-up was: 'A select choice of my framed work, in the beautiful setting of this boutique gallery. This gallery oozes with elegance, where carefully selected works are given space to breathe, to be viewed and imagined in one's own homes. Bespoke framed pieces and some mounted prints are available in acid-free or conservation board. Limited editions are signed and numbered, with accompanying Certificate of Authenticity on the reverse.'

ART FAIRS: Due to limited space, some commercial galleries can only display a small selection of my work at a time. I occasionally take part in selected art fairs, ranging from one day to a few days of exhibition, where I am able to show a much larger range of my work. This is also the opportunity for collectors to speak directly with me, view my images at first hand, compare different sizes and framing options, and to discuss bespoke commissions tailored to individual preferences.
